We should merge Capitalism and Socialism Into a Super Ideology getting the best of both worlds

Why don´t we create an organization, that is the exact opposite of a terrorist organization ? Not angry people who bring terror to civilians, nothing but suffering, death and destruction, but emphatic people who understand root causes of things, try to correct those root causes and bring relief, love, understanding, empathy and affection along the way ?

I think the only way UBI could work is if we incentivized / paid people to learn in return for money. These people could then use this knowledge and capital to be productive, and contribute to society instead of only pointless consumerism.
